Emblems trading

Hello, can somebody please tell me if can trade Triumph emblems to Frost emblems? Can any emblem be traded into any emblem? I need Frost emblems but I have Triumph embelms currently.

Not possible. Frost emblems are "end-game" currency to get best gear, which is obtainable only through raids (ICC and RS), daily first RHC and weekly raid quests. You can only trade higher grade emblems for lower.
Frost > Triumph > Conquest > Valor > Heroism.
