Either Primos and get yourself http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=49904, or start gearing off-spec. Why I don't recommend getting shoulders is, because you'll get the GS25HC shoulders anyway.
You want 4 set t10 though, I would get shoulders
Since you are on lordaeron i would recommend getting the furry set. No one needs/searches for warrior tanks, its usually DK/palla or bear/pala
