Arena Piece Ratings wrong?

In retail season 3, only weapons and shoulders had a rating requirement. But every piece on the merchant has a requirement Helm, for example, requires 1850. This isn't correct is it? I don't believe it is. Any reason there are wrong rating requirements here?

Edit: The prices appear to be wrong as well.

"Season 3 introduced the new personal rating system, which is a rating unique to each player in addition to their team rating. You must have a certain personal rating as well as team rating in order to purchase some of the Season 3 rewards.[1] However, you do not have to maintain these ratings to continue use of the item.

Season 3 Weapons require a personal rating and team rating of 1,850 to purchase, while shoulder slot items require 2,000. The chest, legs, hands, and head slot items do not require a rating to purchase."

You can buy for honor s4 offsets, so probably thats why s3 set doesnt require rating (maybe s4 patch)

Is it supposed to be like that ? We can buy guardian gear, which is S4 .

S3 gloves are 900 points... there are Guardian off set available so... the patch is s4!!! WTB Roll back xD Total mess :D

All offhand weapons cost 900 each, requiring no rating. Gloves 900 each no rating. Vendors are bugged to bits, can't trade them half the time. Apparently there is Guardian offset pieces.

Please rollback?

Nagrand vendor has the same s3 gear as netherstorm one, but with no raiting req. Roll the ****s back please.

I haven't logged in yet to see what is going on. But, I know what season 3 should have.

Season 3 should last awhile on this server. As Season 4 Begins with the release of the Sunwell
