Your second question: From what I've been told warriors are broken still... I don't really know about the others, but I'd say "Ok'ish?"
yes, its just that i've read that most of the released dungeons raids etc are unplayable. Is it worth playing the mop realm right now? or should i wait some months ?
It's up to you. If you can handle critical bugs in both PvE and PvP, you should be fine.
Otherwise, I would just play WoTLK or Cataclysm.
