Getting honor is a pain in the a.. especially as a fresh 70 char..
Ive read about blue Set Gear.. how can I get these (im a rogue). Is this only for (farming) reputation? Is the time worth it to farm those blue sets?

Reputations in honor hold, cenarion expedition, sha'tar, lower city, keepers of time. All of these rewards you for one part of set when you reach honored. And its not difficul to reach it
And Yes, its a really decent set compared to the rather small grind it takes to obtain em,
apart from just a few gold coins for each piece you have to pay makes them defenitly worth to get for fresh chars starting in PvP.
