HoR HC Requirements

So I finished doing FoS/PoS on normal. Done doing all the quests inside but do I need to do FoS/PoS again on HC difficulty to enter HoR HC?.

Nope you don't need to.

You need to complete quest in PoS in order to unlock HoR.
