3.3.5 Pyroblast Crit Rating very low

I'm noticing an odd interaction with pyroblast in that it has an extremely low crit chance. Over the course of LK fight skada reported 36/113 Pyroblast critical strikes (24.2%) Frostfire bolt in comparison crit around 50% of the time. This trend was seen over multiple fight and repeated for every mage in the raid.

So my question is, is it supposed to work like this? Or is it a bug.

Skada doesn't differentiate between Pyroblast direct hits and its dot ticks. The low crit frequency you're seeing is because the dot component of the spell never crits. Recount would show you the right crit frequency since it actually makes that distinction.
