Visual Bug Cone of Cold

I just started playing mage on this server and i've noticed the visual bug of Cone of Cold. I've played on many wotlk servers and i've checked on youtube also and the visual should be a cone going directly in front of the caster. On this server , the visual is angled weirdly on the left . Please fix it.

The server still hasn't been able to fix some gamebreaking bugs which influence the gameplay by a huge margin. Do you think they will fix a visual bug?
