New play as you download client

Does anybody know if there is a new mop client for play as you download, but with the new character models from wod?

Yes, go to download option in the menu bar, select Mists of Pandaria... not with the "old one"

No, i know about the torrent download, but what i really need is a version like this:

but for the updated client with wod character models, my isp has throttled torrents so it will take me weeks to get it with a torrent.
