As the title says im looking for an Addon that just have the default Raid Frames from Cata/Mop, doesnt really matter which of them, cause they're kinda similar. Just the Raid Frames, no Unit frames or any other Custom stuff

I wouldn't touch those Blizzard RaidFrames if you'd pay me 1k € since they are made quite badly in comparisation to the WotLK alternatives such as Grid, VuhDo, Grid2 and, to a lesser extent, Healbot.
You can copy the visuals of the Cata-RF with any of those (most easily with Grid/Grid2) but i'd recomment you to start from scratch and setup your own raidframe according to your needs rather than using a pre-defined one.
