2 factor authentication doesnt send an verif code to my alt acc email

The website doesnt send the email verification code, its been 2 days and so i already open tickets from another account, the staff took too long to reply and its been 12 hours since i open the ticket, i already follow the instructions given from the staff that also including some screenshot of the last time email code given, i hope u guys can fix it asap bcs i wanted to remove the 2 factor authentication that seems not doing well, thx
