About the guild
- Our GM is Surreallity
- Copper (Abracadabra) is a Wicked Officer and was a former Radiance and Aurora raid leader with multiple LoD on multiple toons
- The general philosophy is for the GM to anchor the guild, giving officers wide latitude to make decisions within their specified areas, and to hold all guild members accountable for the success of their specific area of operation (see below)
- Officers, core and raiders agree to uphold 75% MAIN-RAID attendance (as scheduled once per week)
- Officers will decide the instance we will raid at the time of the raid and loot is EPGP; MS over OS
- Loot is fixed ep pricing, no bids so you won't be competing against people trying to inflate the price of something
Recruiting Process
- All raiding members must apply, no exceptions; socials can just be added but get no epgp
- Accepted apps can msg any raider, core or officer for a guild invite; all raiding-level toons can ginv
- During your trial you can expect to be assigned the toughest jobs during the raid so we can test you
- We accept all exceptional players on their main toons and alt toons
- Guildies and raiders are rewarded for keeping their alts in the guild as only guilded members can earn EP
- There is no alt rank; we rank your toons at your skill level with them
- It can take anywhere from 24hrs to 7days to process an application depending on the number of apps in the queue and how busy our officers are
- Being a nuisance during the review period will ensure your app's rejection; same goes for your trial period
- We love all players on Warmane and wish them well even if we do not accept their application
Policy and Conduct
General Conduct
- Wicked is an endgame raiding guild; do not expect to be coddled
- SKILL, PLAYERS, GUILD, EGOS; the order of importance is clear; rearrange this formula at your peril
- Follow Warmane rules
- We are socially chill and relaxed and fun yet serious when needed; be good to one another
- Constructive criticism is welcome OUTSIDE of raid-time on our forums or Discord; during raids please let our raid leaders set the tone and ask the questions
- No petty bickering, drama, gossip or vitriol
- Gender or other sensitive demographics are never a factor
- The guild is whole and not splintered into little cliques
- We remain competitive without compromise and with civility
Inter-guild Drama
- We will not engage in inter-guild drama
- Your raider application will NEVER be rejected because of the guild you are in currently
Anti-Harassment
- If you feel that you were harassed, report it directly to Warmane; we are unable to monitor or be involved in these matters due to the sheer sensitivity of them and the manner in which they divide people
- All players must grow a thick skin, and never leave a raid because of something that offends them; instead mute and ignore players you dislike; leaving 24 other players hanging on a raid over petty drama is not cool
Discipline
- Wiping a raid will result in ep penalty
- Gremoval is never considered disciplinary; it simply means we no longer can help a player so it's time to part ways and we always wish a player good luck when we gremove them (they probably need all the luck they can get)
Demotion
- Most of the time demotion is not disciplinary
- Players demoted must be on their best behavior afterwards, and simply accept the demotion as a fact of life and try to keep a positive attitude moving forward
- Anyone can request a demotion at any time if they know they will be unable to meet requirements in their current rank
- Once per month we will inspect raid attendance and demote trials, raiders, improved raiders, cores or officers with less than our required attendance of 75% of main raids
Raids
- Our raid times will be set on the front page and on our warmane recruitment thread
Preparation
- Raiders are required to post if they cannot make a scheduled raid on the forums
- Show up 1/2 hour early
- Have consumables ready for your class and other roles you may perform
- Have enough gold to repair
- Be enchanted and gemmed
- Have enough sleep the night before so you aren't drooling onto your keyboard and wiping our raid
- Every raiding member must save their lockouts for our 10hc and 25hc raids until we let you know we are done for the week
- Every raiding member must save their 25n lockout on at least one toon, preferably their main character but they should discuss it with the Raid Lead Officer prior to saving their toons to other 25n lockouts

Raid Activity
- Chain pulling is required by our tanks
- When a boss dies, stay if you need loot and if not, move to the next boss and drop a stone to get the raid there ASAP
- Even easy bosses are to be raided in a serious way; stay focused and do your best
- Members who are not performing well during encounters will be replaced with standby players
Raid Coms
- Remain quiet most of the time, keeping the mood light, and listen to the Raid Leader and designated raid callers during an encounter
- If you must say something during an encounter, simply report what you are seeing; only the raid leader and GM are authorized to direct raid activity
- Light trolling is permitted until CLEAR DISCORD is called out
Attendance
- Raiding members are required to show up for 75% of main raids
Leaving a Raid
There are only four reasons to leave a raid;
- The GM or Raid Leader call RO
- You have a valid RL personal emergency, health failure, family crisis (not spouse aggro)
- Due to a technological reason such as power failure or system crashes, you are physically unable to continue
- If someone is exploiting we MUST wipe the raid IMMEDIATELY; Warmane rules -- killing a boss with an exploit can result in 30day or even permanent account bans
Upranking
- Players who demonstrate skill and dedication to the guild will rank up if there is room in the rank above
Gquits
- If you leave the guild for any reason, even jokingly, your EP is reset to the welcome level
- Your rank when you return will either be Casual or Trial based upon your commitment level and pleas for mercy
