thing is, nobody got any gear or bag contents with our characters, so really what transferred were names (unless already taken on target realm), levels (max level on cata meant level 80 on wotlk) and achievements, and I've heard gold... (all my characters seemed to get 3000g 00s 00c which doesn't sound like the amount I'd keep on any of my chars, exact to a copper)
