Best way to level 70-80?

(Icecrown server)

Right now I have no problem getting a group of fresh shamans to 70 in a day or two using the following method with my 80 druid main:
1) Alts level to 8 on their own then run RFC until 20
2) Run RFK until 30
3) Go across to RFD until 44
4) Mauradon purple a few times until 48
5) Go to Stratholme through Ghostlands and do a full run, should get around 58.
6) Run Ramparts once/turn in quest OR just rush Blood Furnace until 68
7) One full run of Shadow Labs with quests should get to 70.

This leaves me with level 70 shamans with next to no gear. What should I do at this point? Questing worth it or is there a good spot to grind for exp?

I recommend questing over RDF. It is way faster. Just look for quest with murdering of mobs or those which can be done by all toons at once.
