Warlock's Green fire quest chain

Hi, i'm trying to complete the green fire quest chain, but im stuck at Seeking the Soulstones quest, the soulston from Blade's Edge Mountains doesnt seem to spawn, i also talked to other players who experienced the same issue, any help? If its a spawn problem shouldn't be big deal.

i have same problem ... its not about the quest item .. all the zone Blades Edge is bugged .. there are no single npc or mob there ..
