TBC Warrior Rage refund question

Simple question here -
Do Warrior special attacks that are dodged refund rage?

I am fairly certain that misses and parries do.

Specifically, I have a warrior on another realm's PTR and my heroic strike dodges are costing the full amount of rage and I'm unsure if this is correct

I have googled for over an hour and not found relevant information.

I can't give you a direct answer, but dodges should refund rage. Misses have never and will never refund rage. If they do on Outland, then that's a bug that's making warriors extremely overpowered at lower gear levels.

Dodged abilities do not spend rage, to confirm that is incorrect behavior from other realm.
