I usually don't do stuff like this but i wrote down all quests which worked on a notepad so i decided to share it.
Make sure you go down the list and down jump back and forth otherwise you might not find a quest at the NPC listed.
Some quests like "Encroaching force", "Competing magic", "Imposing threat" are multiple acceptable but there are only 1x listed. In total 39 quests + some multiple.

I'm not sure when you were doing some quests, but I got about 10k rep with kirin tor offensive as horde. Don't think it was possible to get neutral or higher rep with opposite faction if that got fixed already but it was a really serious bug.

Also do you use any addon to track the progress of your quests?

Some NPC's have the same quests like others, and no i dont use an addon i looked up each quest on the isle on wowhead and checked if it works or not and thats the result. Maybe something went wrong because i did the quests from the Horde camp last, if you follow my list you should have the same result.

What rewards does those quest give? Do they have any connection to the Shado-Pan Offensive for 522 items?

Valor Points, Lesser Charm of Good Fortune, 1run about 10k gold and 1k rep for either Kirin Tor Offensive or Sunreaver Onslaught for each quest.

The quest names for the alliance are actually the same just acceptable somewhere else.
