Loot bugged after disconnection

At about 14:30 (realm time) on 2020/8/17, a Pattern: Cord of the White Dawn dropped after Thorim was slain on Frostmourne realm. One of our raider won the pattern. But he was disconnected before the pattern went into his bags. After he logged in back, the pattern could not be looted anymore. I wonder if there is any chance that he can get it back. It would be greately appretiated.

His character name is Tiao.
