Could make snowmen drop JP in cata?

Since the posts have been repeating on the same subject, we're deciding to close the thread for now. As a short update on the situation. Lordaeron's drop chances have been lowered and since there's no gold, there will be no effect in any perspective.
Icecrown's events have been all turned off, the cause of delay is still unknown and we're looking into it. Events on other realms remain functional and working fully.
