moderator i need help :V

I want to play wotlk again, I login to my account and see in the store, when I go to the character tab, I do not get any pj, and although I'm downloading the game, I have the feeling that nothing will come out when I enter.
I'm aware that I lost my pj in Cata, but, in (tlk) and (mop) I they should have them, they are at their maximum level, I think I have about 1 year that I do not enter to play, the realms are frostwolf (mop) and, icecrown (tlk), I hope you can help me.
I was thinking that if I download the game, maybe I will not show up, because I have to change their name, but I doubt it's because of that.
