Wild DC Appears!

Good evening everyone, first of all I will apologize for my english in the following text/complain:

So, Icecrown we are a big Realm. I would like to know why and how is the realm Icecrown cant stay up for 5hours straight. In the last one to two weeks I've being randomly disconnect and the realm keeps being down while BlackRock and Lordaeron they are constantly up. Not trying to pull out the donor card but like for real?..
Would like an explanation because I would like to know whats happening.
