Whenever I log out and close the game the next time I open the client all of my video and audio settings have been reset. I do not want to have to change them every single time I log in. Please help!

Open wow folder's properties and un-check read-only option.
If you still have it in the folder where you downloaded it via torrent, change its place 1st.
