New to this server!

Yo guys, I'm intending to go Resto Druid on Outland (More for PvE). Got some newbie questions since I never got to play Classic/TBC/WotLK

1) Leveling. Should I put talents into the resto tree straight away as I level? Or should I go into another spec first?

2) Is there some resources somewhere that I can check on the best talent builds for any class/spec? (Im interested in Protection Paladin and Resto Druid if you need specifics

3) Is there some form of Best in Slot list that I can find anywhere?

1. Unless you can farm dungeons efficiently (which is unlikely), you're probably best off going Feral for leveling.
