Ele or Enhance in PvE?

I played resto during Wotlk in retail, so I am a bit curious. Which spec is better for dungeons and raiding?

Both have their pros and cons.
Enh is much harder to play than ele but deals more DPS in highend gear.

Generally speaking a resto shami is always more needed in dungeons/raids than the other specs of a shami.
