Chat problem Help pls

Hi guys , i writing here cause in can't figured out the solution .

So suddenly i start to have a problem on the chat, when i'm going to write on the Guild Chat nothing happen . i cant .
All the rest is ok , no issue at all . I've already checked the settings and all , so i really can't see the problem .

You can't talk in chat when you suddenly exit the game or disconnect (alt+f4, random DC, error). Relog fixes it (you'll probably also need to rejoin global).
