Hey I was leveling 5x mages on tbc, but then I realised that "pick up x amount of items" quests are a pain in the a**, so I was wondering it's actually a good way to make gold ? :)

Imo doing quests/daily quests in Outland gives the most gold. I haven't find a more efficient way to earn gold as mboxer yet.
U can use a set camera view macro+mouse broadcast to accept quests and collect quest items with ur team. When all chars loot the quest mob at the same time then they all get the quest item.
