Every time when I log in I have to set up the resolution and lower the volume (because I listen to music while playing).
Also, I have to agree to TOS every time I launch WoW. How can these be fixed?

had that issue, try to change instalation destination folder @ other disk e.g. c:/ -> d:/
Not working for me... Any other solutions?
Make sure your folder isnt set to read only, and try starting it as administrator.
Tried that as well, didn't seem to work for me.

1) Restart your PC ( this is important in your case)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
I did the following:
- moved WoW from the download folder, basically made another one and put it there.
- removed read-only.
- started as administrator.
