Tallstrider: either op or imba bugged to sh#t

Ok so the tooltip for the tallstrider special skill is the following:
"...,causing all enemies within 10 yards to miss their next attack. Lasts for 8 seconds."

First thing about this: This has no diminishing return. So if 2 hunters with the same pet use this ability after each other's duration, you will have a total of 16 seconds debuff.
But the main thing that worries me, and note that I have a hunter myself, that is says "next attack" not "next attackS" ( single, not plural). So if I follow the tooltip, this should be either until the attack happens or if 8 seconds elapsed. Then the debuff should fade.
Right now the debuff applies to all attacks made within those 8 seconds (entire duration of the debuff).
Is this supposed to work like that or is it bugged?
PS: I'm pretty sure the DR should apply and its not there.

Best if you just delete this post so people wouldn't notice and Palamane wouldn't nerf other classes and allow Retris to remain dominant xD
