Stuck on connecting

Hi,
I'm new to the server, so if my question is not proper, sorry in advance.
I just downloaded the game and tried to enter my character but it's just stuck on Connecting...
I don't see that the servers are down... what's the reason for this?

ive been having the same problem, my post has 112 views but its been ignored by the mods. I found another post about the same thing from about a week ago and they also had no mod posts. It loos like this is an issue the mods dont understand and theyre just going to ignore it until people stop posting about it. My account has existed for about a year and i have a level 80, 73, and 55 on their Icecrown server and they still could care less. My advice is to find another private server, because these guys will just ignore any issue you have.
