Profession Leveling

There are no regular NPCs or mobs so how do you level up professions? I have Blacksmithing and Jewelcrafting so how can I get the Socket Bracer and Gloves if no profession vendors exist? Also how to level up Jewelcrafting to 450 so I can use the unique gems without any mobs to get the reagents from?

Arena wins give 2pts in your proffesions.

Even if arena wins give points for Jewelcrafting, how do you get the Socket Bracer and Gloves in Blacksmithing. They are learned from a profession NPC and I doubt they are rewarded from arena wins, or are they?

you will automatically get all the skills, do not worry

You learn them automatically when you reach 450/450 Blacksmithing. Mats are at the vendor. JC gems are bought at the same vendor as well.
