Since we don't have the damn RDF enabled (which i strongly think we should since it only hurts the server population) please get rid off "You have entered too many instances recently" it's kinda stupid to go out of dungeon too summon someone and then can't enter because of that....

fastest way to get rid of it is to go offline for 15 mins instead of waiting 1hr ingame

Also, no. Instance lock is account-wide, so you can't enter dungeons on other characters as well while Instance Locked.
Also it affect RDF too, so don't try to cheat the system by queueing rdf while instance locked, because it won't let you teleport inside.
had a RDF pop once (after waiting in queue for 30mins) where the tank was instance locked, so we had to kick everyone out and made me return to the bottom of the queue. Queuing as dps is a pain.
