[ANSWERED]Transferring from another server

Hi just wondering if it is possible to get my characters from another server transferred here?

I have characters on a Wrath of the Lich King Private server 3.3.5a, I haven't played there in years and don't like their GM as he won't unban my account that was banned due to a mate trying out a hack 4 years ago (Pretty much bribing me and telling me I have to pay if I want the account back&characters along with it) will only pay for it back if I can get them transferred here
