[ANSWERED]what are the odds?

Hello.

i've been searching for the item "Binding of the windseeker" more specifically the right half (necesary for the chainquest of thunderfury).

it is supoused to drop from the Molten core boss named: "Garr". however, i've farmed it every week for at least 4 months (so, 16-20 raids) and i havent seen a SINGLE DROP.

i have confirmation that this item DOES drop. and yes, the character that is farming it DOES have the quest (as well as all the other necesary items, including the left half)

i would like to know what the drop chance should be, and if im being trolled by the RNG gods or if the drop rate is really really low.

The drop rate seems quite low but the item does indeed drop. I guess you havent had luck :(
