Hi everyone, I am looking for an addon that allows me to keep track of internal CDs. I would also settle for an addon that allows me to manually start a 45 sec counter by using a hotkey to keep track myself.

there is one called internal cooldown monitor - icd mon , very simplistik one tracks automaticly your trinket,ring procs and has a sound cue's
