Target Castbar UI? Xperl option?

So I'm currently using Xperl for my UI, and I really like it. The only problem I've come across is the casting bar on the target's name. It's a cool feature, but I am the primary kicker for RL group of friends and caster fights I find my self just burning a hole into my monitor staring so hard at the NPC name lol.

Any one know if there is a good UI Casting bar Addon? Or a way to change it in Xperl? I'm pretty new to Xperl, but I've poked around and played with the casting bar options and didn't see it. Can't even get the old casting bar back while using Xperl lol.
