Is this normal ?

Hello. The problem is not in my pc or internet. Because they lag on my partner screen and my friend who is watching us. I will paste two match IDs so you can replay the game. Here are 2 players who lag, but in reality they are even more. If you are telling me that they have internet issues i am 100% that's incorrect because you can't make every time death on seduce with lag. If it is so, how can I make my internet slow so i can lag aswell ?

1. 452412 - we are playing destro & ele vs disc fire / watch how this disc is lagging...
2. 452442 - destro & ele vs disc MM / watch how again the priest is lagging...

I'm lagging as hell as well...and after lagging i get disconnect and can t connect for few hours,,,when i connect the same thing happens again and again....

After 3 weeks i am still waiting for answer...
