I want to ask is this a bug or something else ,because I have already 2k+ solo que rating as the item transcription says 3v3 or 5v5 bracket and also have 3k+ arena points but I'm getting this message " You don't have the required rank for that item. "

264 and 277 pve shoulders requires 3vs3 only ( no 2s, no soloq)
Well it's written on the item like WF shoulders obtainable from 3v3 or 5v5 bracket (solo que) I don't see what's the difference but okay..

SoloQ counts as 2s rating.
So basically few specs that use pve shoulders as BIS get fked for no reason like both prot specs and my soloq resto shaman, the rest of the specs will buy pvp ones from any arena they play or use wg ones with haste as their BIS.
I dont know who designed this but is it really that hard to see, you are fking up certain specs this way? Just make all the shoulders obtainable the same way so its equal for everyone.
That's just the way it is. It's exactly the same, but the other way around, on other realms. Queue for real 3s and you'll get the item.
