[ANSWERED] Banned, cant send in support ticket.

I don't know where else to post this but apparently my account has been banned, it said due to suspicious activity but i don't play often enough for that to be possible, did i somehow get hit by accident? i have an authenticator on my account so unless some one was able to hack me and get past that there shouldn't be any thing, also i havent personally played on the servers in several weeks so im just a little confused, i wasn't even sent an email or any thing about the ban or any thing i could do so.

I am also a donator and i just find it silly to be banned for suspicious activity when i havent even been around...
