Glowing Items Addon

Hello! Has anyone found the addon that makes your items glow in character panel?

For ex: When the item is epic it's border on the icon glows in purple, when its rare it glows in blue and so on.

I really need the name of the addon because it makes me track the item quality easier and know what i should replace next, rather than having my mouse over the items to see what is thier rarity.

I guess bagnon might do it... I'm sure ElvUI does (item quality border at least, if that's what you mean)
