contact paymentwall to see why it didn't go through, or go the faster route and buy a prepaid cc or mint card or something and donate that way.

This system is done by Paymentwall to prevent scams or stolen cards. You have to verify your card first that you are the owner of the card. There are other possibilities without any "account": Mint, Paysafecard as examples.
