May I ask why we can't enter BWL it says instance close I try reseting and all means but still same. Do they close lower instance and make Tmog gear for coins?

Usually we close instances because they're causing server instability or it just simply isn't working at all, but in this case it was working recently so I imagine it's server stability related. They'll fix it, after all the dev log says they're working on server stability.
