Since I'm already geared I'm not sure how easy or hard it is to find players for non hc dungeons but recently I see plenty of newcomers on Outland that don't possess any gear so I guess that normal dungeon grps do happen.
New groups for normals are more than possible. Recently started on this server with a low geared 70, have now started a guild with a couple of mates to begin content right from the start again. Boring to some but want to do as much content as possible.
How populated is it on TBC anyway?
