Vex is a relatively new guild on the Warmane private server, Outland, formed by a core group of people who all share a similar goal: To see as much endgame content as we can, while still having fun and killing bosses. We have a core of Scandinavians, but the language we use is English during Raids and for guild communication.
We aim to ensure organized and structured raids throughout all tiers of progression, and we intend to do so by keeping a relatively tight, but highly stable roster of skilled and knowledgeable people. Seeing as we only raid 3 nights per week for a few hours, we expect everyone to be able to maintain at least a 90% attendance rate. Raid Times
Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday 5 pm - 8.30 pm server time. NB! During daylight saving time, we start 5 pm server time (not 6 pm as the title suggests)! 3.5 hours from start time will be expected. Invites are usually sent out at least 20 minutes before start time.
Progression
As we are still building the core for 25 man, we have guild progression of full T4.
T5 progress is 6/6 SSC, 4/4 TK.
T6 progress is 5/5 MH, 7/9 BT.
Loot System
Loot Council. Loot will come, you will get geared. We use loot as a tool for progression, which means gearing the raid's need will always outweigh greed. Main tanks get priority on needed tier pieces. As a main rule, rank will dictate loot distruibution: core raider > member > initiate.

Applications
You are expected to set priority on T6 attunements/pre-bis/professions, from there you only need to show up for raids. You are required to be on-time, correct spec, buffed and knowledgeable of fights. Infractions could result in replacement of your raid spot. We don't need your full life-story or some lie to get in. What do we expect from you as core raider or member:
-High attendance during raid hours (respect the breaks, and tell in advanance if you have a personal matter to fix during raid hours)
