Well Solace and Bauble are considered BIS, so you can't really get those, the best boost to healing would probably be something like Pandora's plea and Meteorite Crystal for regen.Quote:

If it's only from vote points, as the user above mentioned. Aside from those the 2p set trinkets that drop from onixia are an interesting option. Both mp5 and hp5 for mana and personal survival, extra 222 sp (the 25 man variant grants more) and a chance to do an extra heal whenever you heal or some damage if you're assisting your partner with an exorcism or holy shock.
