I gain rep (rev atm) from Ramps normal but not from BF normal.

U wont get rep from tbc raids except bt and as i remember after revered u can get rep for hcs+quests only
As I remember, you gain rep from HS also but those are other reputations.
Honor Hold reputation, as I said, while having revered with them you don't gain rep from normal BF but get from Ramp and SH. Tested today.

Actually only one of the instances should grant you rep after revered and its the 3th one, the one that requires you to have the key.
If you want to get rep do the Heroic version, they should always give you.
Mag never gave rep to honor hold.
Reputation
Honor Hold reputation is gained through various means in Hellfire Peninsula. Mobs in and around Hellfire Citadel reward Honor Hold reputation, as well as quests picked up in town. Mobs in Hellfire Ramparts and The Blood Furnace will award reputation through friendly on normal difficulties. The Shattered Halls, a higher level zone that requires level 68 and above, rewards reputation until exalted.
