Enh Shamy caps for PVP and PVE

Hello,
So i have played Enh shamy since 2- 3 weeks and now it is pretty good equiped but i just cant find clear information about the needed caps for my shamy.
I want to know what are my pvp caps of : Hit rating, Spell pene, Resiliance, expertise rating?!, haste
And also PVE caps cuz i already have done lich king on 10 and 25 but i think my dps could be better and something is not alright.
Also I would be realy happy if someone can say me some great 2vs2 combinations with enh shamy. Right now i am trying with destruction warlock but we are hardly reached only 1600.
