Hello so recently ive tested kidney shot and it appears that it has like a 24 seconds DR which means you can never use it off cooldown on the same target or it will be reduced by 50%.

This doesnt work on blackrock atm, please fix it its rly annoying.
Dr counts only after the effect is gone. I watched both scenes and there they actually trinket the ks and then of course the next ks will be full because the dr count starts earlier.

if you use Kidney Shot at the end of its cooldown it means it has passed only 14 sec, is it too hard to understand you need to wait a bit more?
DR ends after 15-20 sec (random)
DR's have been changed to 17 seconds to be more blizzlike.
DR's seem to reset between 15-20 seconds. Which is actually blizzlike. but RNG :|
