Good morning,
I am a paladin retribution 80 off spec healing.
Since yesterday I cannot simultaneously wear the following items:

and

(both of them alredy gemmed)
I have tried changing specs, reload UI, use another pg then back to this one, exit from the game waiting about 3 hours and log in, but the problem still occurs.
Can you help me understand what's wrong? And how to solve it?
it would have been more helpful showing a screenshot of those x2 items to see gems.
Btw I guess you have placed an "unique" gem in both items, that is why you can not equip them at same time
Check your gems on them. You can't have 2 Nightmare Tears on your set at the same time. Kharma's Grace from WG also falls into this category where you can't have 2 socketed on your gear at the same time.
The issue was the gems.
I equipped 2x https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/Enchanted_Pearl (one on both of the equip).
Now changed.
