After getting going with farming, I saw mention of picking up the irrigation system, and saw the plow for sale also. Upon buying it, it started the quest, turned in fine, but I didn't get the plow, which it seems should be an item I get vs the fumigation and irrigation systems.
Anyone else had or tried this?
