Hello Blackrock. I remember someone requesting this list of addons to be posted here. I ran the original AT post by m0s through a few scripts to fix the format and here is the result.
Note that these addons are mostly relevant to WotLK PvP.

Combat Log Fix - must have, removes a lot of bugs from other addons at AT.
Ace2 and Ace3 libs - some addons dont have them so you better get this libs installed to avoid some errors.
SnowfallKeyPress - must have addon, imo.. You will use abilitys when you press the button, not when you release it.
DiminishingReturns - tracks diminishings of your target/focus/enemy arena team
Gladiminish - tracks diminishings of your target/focus/enemy arena team
Power Auras Classic - used to check the presence or absence of any buffs and debuffs on you, party members or enemy.
Bartender - alternative action bars, more flexibility in configuring than standart.

EventAlert - simplified Power Auras Classic
Gladius - just Gladius
LoseControl - shows CC on you, your teammates or enemys.
Doom Cooldown Pulse - when some of your ability ready, the icon of this ability appears on your screen
TellMeWhen - works like Power Auras Classic but with more features like diminishing tracking, CD of abilitys and procs, etc.
PitBull 3.0 - alternative unit frames with huge flexibility.
X-Perl UnitFrames - alternative unit frames with lower flexibility than PitBull but its more easy to configure
InterruptBar: standart - shows CD of enemy interrupts
InterruptBar: added shaman's shock and warrior's shield bash
InterruptBar: added bladestorm, divine plea, CloS, priest's fear, strangulate, kidney shot, evocation, scatter, shield bash, deep freeze
MoveAnything - moves every part of standart interface
OmniCC - shows CD of your abilitys in seconds on top of ability icon.
SpellAlerter - anounces importent abilitys used by enemy
Grid - alternative raid/party frames with huge flexibility.
Afflicted3 - tracks all of enemy CDs
Quartz - alternative cast bars
Icicle (for 3.3.5) - shows enemy CDs near they nameplates. Configured through lua files in the addon folder.
DispelBorder - shows what buffs you can dispel/purge/spellsteal from targeted enemy
Tidy Plates - alternative name plates
Aloft - one more alternative name plates
Combat indicator - adds icon, that shows combat status of your target, more detailed info here
TotemTimers - very useful addon for shamans, shows every detail about your totems
Party Ability Bar - shows party member's CDs.
PlateBuffs - displays people's buffs and debuffs above their nameplates.
Purgeatory - announces when you dispel or spell steal something as well as when the dispel fails as well as announcing interrupts
